Description: Since age three, singing has carried me through the rollercoaster of life that includes a 15-year eating disorder and 40-year struggle with alcohol and drugs. I am 12 years clean and sober and just released my sophomore album, Big Blue Sky In The Morning. "You Gotta Walk That Lonesome Valley" is one of the songs from this album. When I made my decision to get clean and sober, it came from inside of me and my connection to a higher power. That’s why I added my own verse and chorus to this traditional song, “There’s a Grace and Love inside me, it will carry me home.”
